About Us
The Budworth and national fleet has an almost equal number of male and female sailors, great competition and lively social events.
Class racing at Budworth is held on Sundays throughout the year, and is highly competitive. You can also race on Saturday afternoons and, in the summer months, on Wednesday evenings, when racing is more relaxed.
Budworth SC is committed to team racing and encourages sailors to practice and compete for places in our club teams, which enter the major national events.
Young sailors are particularly welcome because team racing is one of the finest ways to improve boat handling, speed and racing rules knowledge.
